1️⃣ The Power of 1% Shifts
You don’t need to overhaul your entire life overnight. What’s the 1% shift you can make today? Small, consistent actions create the biggest transformations. This is something I see time and time again in my own life and in my clients' lives.

2️⃣ Less Is More
Creating change isn’t just about adding new habits—it’s also about identifying what you want to do less of. In my tracker, I include things like no screens before 8 AM or after 9 PM—because what you remove is just as important as what you add.

3️⃣ Consistency Over Perfection
Fill in your tracker at the same time every day (morning or evening) to create a grounding ritual.

4️⃣ If You Miss a Few Days, You’re NOT Back at Square One
This is a journey, not a rigid system. If you fall off track, no need to spiral into self-criticism. Breathe. Reset. Recommit. Nothing is undone—just pick up where you left off. This is my personal mantra to stop the self-criticism spiral: “Every breath is an opportunity to start again”
