About me.

I’m a Mindfulness Coach specialising in women’s health & wellbeing. I work with women (and the occasional man) to break the cycle of stress, disatisfaction, and exhaustion and start embodying a new sense of balance and fulfillment in their daily lives through 1:1 coaching, retreats, and courses.

I’ve trained with world-leading institutions in cognitive science, mindfulness, and body-based approaches, but it’s above all my lived experiences that allow me to guide you from a place of real, embodied knowledge and compassion.

You’re not alone in whatever you are going through. And you can go from run-down and unhappy to realising the highest vision for your life in a relatively short space of time. I am living proof of this.

As a coach and teacher, I am fully dedicated, heart-led, and interested in the deeper layers that are holding you back. I weave together ancient, spiritual teachings with my love for neuroscience.

As a human, I am forever a student of life who loves to have deep and meaningful conversations. I care deeply for the world around - nature, animals and humans alike.

My Story.

Life is too short to feel like you’re not truly living.

How do I make the most of my one precious life?

This became a central question at a point in my life when I had to admit to myself that I wasn’t happy. I had a successful career in the fashion industry that I had worked hard for, and had landed my dream job as an E-Commerce Director at a well-known fashion brand. But beyond the outward success, deep down I felt anxious, burnt-out, lost, and had this underlying dissatisfaction with my life that I just couldn’t shake. 

I felt stuck. I knew something needed to change, but I wasn’t clear on which direction to move in or where to start. But I had a deep conviction that life could feel different.

The truth is, I had never taken the time to understand what truly made me happy. I was completely disconnected from my inner wisdom and deeper resourcefulness.

Then one morning I had enough, at this point my inner voice was screaming at me to do something and my my health was taking a toll, so I gathered my courage, called our CEO and finally uttered the words “I quit”.

From there, I went on a transformative, rollercoaster healing journey, rebuilding my self-connection and learning everything I could about proven ways to feel whole, fulfilled, and purpose-led. It became my full-time mission.

I deepened my knowledge in areas that I knew worked from the transformative effect they had on my own life, and went on to study at one of the leading research centres for mindfulness meditation and psychological science. This completely revolutionised my understanding of the human mind-body and the fear-based mechanisms that prevent us from living in alignment with who we authentically are.

Importantly, I also discovered that we all have the capacity to create infinitely more wellbeing for ourselves - and it doesn’t require radical actions like leaving your job to go soul searching. There are many keys to a life of more peace and balance that we were simply never taught.

Knowing this lit a fire in me to empower more people with these keys, making essential life skills and healing modalities more accessible.

In the world we live in today, nothing is more important than doing the work on ourselves in order to heal the collective and leave behind a better world.
