As someone who has been where you are, let me remind you that you have limitless potential and power to create whatever you dream of. But here’s the thing - we often forget that we are not meant to do it alone; we need to ask for support. Having access to support and empowering guidance is what made my path toward self-realisation both joyful and deeply transformative. It’s the very reason I decided to become a Transformational Life Coach and work with women to reclaim their essence and life zest, just like I have with mine.

As a women’s wellbeing and life coach, I specialise in helping women achieve personal and professional fulfillment through a holistic, whole-person approach that nourishes your mind, body, and heart.
Think of it as a guide to uncovering what you don’t know about yourself so you can come into alignment with your true power and purpose.
Supporting women through life transitions such as career changes, retirement, break-ups/divorce, and relocations is close to my heart as I’ve navigated many of these changes myself.

Based on my experience with clients and identifying what leads to consistent change, I've come to develop my own unique methodology, which I refer to as the 'Embodied Transformation Method'.

Many clients come to me after years of traditional talk therapy. They have built an in-depth understanding of their past and what has shaped them, but feel frustrated because they still continue to repeat the same old patterns without really seeing any change in their lives.
Here's the thing: You cannot think your way to change.
In order to create sustainable change you need to go beyond the level of the mind / cognitive insights, to work with the subconscious programming, which can be experienced through the felt sense of the body.My approach combines insights with practical tools and techniques that allow you to process and gently replace old models of operation with new ones that are more aligned with how you wish to feel and show up in the world.
Embodied transformation means that you are not just gaining an intellectual understanding, but embodying new ways of being that feel more authentic to you, which become fully integrated into your daily life.

“To anyone who has done work with a therapist before and perhaps given up - I want to share this. I have previously done work with a CBT Therapist (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and while it helped me to a certain extent I felt it wasn’t a complete fit for me and didn’t touch the deeper layers that have been holding me back.
Emma on the other hand truly understood how visual my mind is and took that into account, tailoring our sessions in a way that felt natural and effective for me.
