MY APPROACH

With a background in mindfulness and psychological science, my teaching weaves together ancient wisdom with an evidence-based approach to health and wellbeing.

It is important for me to guide my students towards feeling stronger and more able in their bodies, but also developing deeper self-awareness that will serve them on- and off the yoga mat

My classes integrate breathwork and/or meditation, dynamic flows, and a relaxing Savasana - where I like to use my essential oil blends, singing bowls, or chimes to invoke a deep state of relaxation and integration.
