Establish tools to release subconscious judgments and self-sabotage through shadow work and compassion.

Come out with clear intentions for different areas of your life so that your daily actions are more impactful and aligned with your deeper values.

Grow your confidence from the inside out and get clear on how to shift limiting perspectives that hold you back.
COURSE OVERVIEW
In Week 1 you will explore your big ‘Why’ as you get coached through a worksheet that guides you toward your gifts & passions. Craft a purpose statement that reflects who you are at your core, guiding your choices and deepening your sense of purpose.
WEEK 01 | PURPOSE
In week 2 we explore your intention for different areas of your life. Which areas would you like to give more focus? With a clear intention your daily actions will become more impactful and you will experience greater alignment between body, mind and heart.
WEEK 02 | INTENTION
What is holding you back? Break free from self-doubt. Learn to shift conditioned, limiting beliefs so that you can view life through a lens of possibilities and self-assurance.
WEEK 03 | SHIFT LIMITING BELIEFS
In week 4 you’ll be coached through a worksheet that can help you recognise and clear your subconscious judgments, self-sabotage and emotions that prevent growth and flow in your life. We all have aspects of ourselves we don’t like, known as shadows, so we address the liberating question “How can I fully accept all aspects of myself?”.
WEEK 04 | SHADOW WORK
In our final week, we bring together all that we've learned. Integration is about embodying our growth and making it a part of our daily lives. Through reflection and somatic processing, we bridge the gap between mind, body, and heart so we can move forward with clarity, confidence, lightness and ease.

My mission is to create safe and supportive spaces for women to grow and expand through rediscovering their own innate wisdom, giving them the courage and motivation to live a joyful life on their own terms.
This course is open to all women regardless of prior experience. We’ll draw on many different teachings from mindfulness to neuroscience, but it’s primarily rooted in the principles of Dr. Deepak Chopra’s Transformation Life Coaching.
This is a simple yet profound 5-week course where we’ll utilise interactive worksheets and tools to guide you toward clarity, confidence & balance.
I look forward to embarking on this journey with you, and taking this moment each week to connect back to ourselves and community!
