Our sessions will form a process using different mindfulness and personal development techniques that will empower you and enable you to unfold into your most happy, harmonious, and fulfilled self.

  • Initial Package of 8 Sessions x 60 minutes

  • I design a program tailored to your needs

  • Session are held online via Zoom weekly or bi-weekly
    (If you live in London we can also discuss the potential of doing some of the sessions face-to-face)

  • Personalised recommendations and practical tools

  • Inspiring texts and exercises to support your process

  • In-between session support whenever you need it

  • Payment plan to suit you
